At Victory, we are a church that serves in all areas involving ministries such as children's ministry, production, hospitality, and so much more! We believe that serving in the church is a way of serving the Lord's work in His body and we cultivate that for all. Jesus came to serve; we should do the same.

No matter your skill or ability, we desire for whatever way you want to serve, that you would be in a place where we can cultivate the gifts you have to serve the body of Christ. Whether it be your love for children or your admiration for production, we do all things with a heart of excellence!
If you call Victory your "Home Church", we encourage you to be a part of serving on a team. This is a part of membership.

How do I request to serve?

You can volunteer right here on the website by submitting the Volunteer Application Form. You can find the application by clicking the Volunteer Application Form button at the bottom of this page. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. If you have a preferred area where you would like to serve, you can designate it on the application. After we receive your application and do a background check we can set you up to begin serving in the church.

How do I request to serve on the Worship Team?

You can volunteer right here on the website by submitting the Volunteer Application Form. You can find the application by clicking the Volunteer Application Form button at the bottom of this page. In the list of areas of ministry select Worship. After we receive your application and do a background check our Worship Director will send you a Worship Team Application that goes over the team requirements and expectations. In addition to our main Worship Team, you may be interested in joining one of the teams that serves in our prayer room throughout the week.

How do request to serve in Kids Church or the nursery?

You can volunteer right here on the website by submitting the Volunteer Application Form. You can find the application by clicking the Volunteer Application Form button at the bottom of this page. In the list of areas of ministry select Kids Church and/or Nursery. After we receive your application and do a background check we can set you up to begin serving.

How do I request to serve on the Production Team?

You can volunteer right here on the website by submitting the Volunteer Application Form. You can find the application by clicking the Volunteer Application Form button at the bottom of this page. In the list of areas of ministry select Production, if you are interested in working with sound, livestream, ProPresenter, design, photography, videography, or social media or just want to jump in to learn and help. Let us know if you have any experience, which always helps! After we receive your application and do a background check we can set you up to begin serving.
