Go Therefore and Make Disciples
We are located in suburbs of central Sarasota, only a short drive from downtown. We believe God is calling us to create a resting place for the Lord. A place where His people host His presence, are transformed by His Glory, and multiply His kingdom everywhere they go as His ambassadors.

Why does Victory use flags and banners in worship?
Flags and banners have held powerful significance in worship in historical and biblical foundations. In Exodus 17:15, we discover that Moses built an altar and called it "Jehovah Nissi," which means “The Lord is my Banner,” symbolizing God's protection and victory. In Song of Solomon 2:4 the NKJV says, "He brought me to the banqueting house, and His banner over me was love." The word for banner in the Hebrew means "a standard or flag," signifying protection and/or identity. Both flags and banners play an important role in worship symbolizing identity, divine guidance, God's nature, and unity under God's sovereignty.
Psalm 20:5 says, "We will rejoice in your salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions." (NKJV) The Hebrew word for banners in this scripture means a rallying point or sign of victory. There are many scriptures that reveal the lifting up of flags and banners as a divine call and rallying point of unity among God’s people. As we worship at Victory with banners, we are declaring and remembering the names of God, the nature of God, and His authority.
Flags and banners are more than just fabric. They are a visual expression of worship, identity, and God's promises. In waving and displaying our banners, our worship becomes a powerful declaration of God's presence, love, and victory.

Why Saturday night service?
What started out of necessity to hold our service on Saturday night was actually God setting up Victory as a type of forerunner to opening the atmosphere over the city for worshipping the Lord. Opening an atmosphere of worship on Saturday evening floods over to Sunday and into churches that meet throughout the day.
Watch our life changing messages and sermons that are shaping our community and will mold your life around His presence.
